When building your model, it is strongly recommended that you reduce all patterns by 60%. If possible, set your printer up to automatically reduce by 60%. There are parts that will not fit on the Sketcher if not reduced by 60%.

Pump added with small copper tube. Floor added. Notice the Cross Braces. Also about ready to add the side panel and rear hood. The chassis framework is progressing exactly as planned with the installation of the structural floor and precise tubing.

The engine block was painted brown. I added 4 layers of radiator to back of block. Painted inner rim bronze. Glued to front of the frame.

Fenders have been glued and placed. Make note of the Braces for Front and Rear Fenders.

What's left? Now the small details that give your car life!!! Kerosine head lights, side rails, gas generator.

Printed the Dash in black, added the Coil and added a small brass coil rod as an extra!!!!

Side panels along with back hood will be placed along with the Front seat.    Next Picture!!!!!

My Foundation

By utilizing "Building Antique Model Cars in Wood", written by William Reeves, I spent the last 2 years building wooden models. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, I took my knowledge and skills and became skilled in the "Free CAD" application, allowing me to create all the pieces using the CAD.

Using the Bamboo Lab (PS3) printer, I printed each piece and glued and painted, building the Stanley Steamer and the Cadallic.

Please order William Reeves book and download "Free CAD" which is FREE!!!!! and wonderful. A donation to Free CAD will keep them in business.

Along with all attachments for your printer, I also include all Free CAD attachments that can be modified by you.

A step-by-step manual will provide you with information on assembly.
